Customer review Of My Favorite Solution for Learning Skillshare.

I signed up to Skillshare as a free trial.

The day BEFORE my trial was supposed to finish I got the email from them thanking me to Premium.

Obviously, I was confused. It is normal for organizations to offer free trials in hopes that you like the item enough to really cover it. What isn't normal is for your company to LIE for you and bill you daily before the free trial will finish, in effect alerting you and quitting your cash. I was angry.

I looked on the internet and after 30 minutes of digging, I found a phone number for your company (Red flag, that which legitimate company does not have an easily accessible customer service number?) . I called that number and it moved right to voicemail. At this point I was freaking out because all these experiences were leading me to believe this really was a scam. The only option left to me is to write them an email via their site. This was 3 months ago, and I've yet to get a response.

I am appalled at how that they handle business (by tricking their clients, then dismissing their concerns). They stole my cash without any warning and are now unreachable.

I moved back on their own website as well as their advertising for Premium is really a lie. It clearly says that your Premium accounts is cancelable at anytime. What they really mean is it is possible to cancel it so that it will not renew at the next billing cycle (which can be an entire year!!) . They Online Review Classes Start Learning for Free Skillshare are crooks. If their articles were good, I would have happily continued with their solutions, but all their videos are items I could find on YouTube or other areas at no cost. The only thing I am do now is save other people the hassle.

DO NOT register for the free trial. If you do a little more research you will discover a multitude of different reviews such as mine.

Go to Lynda.com or YouTube. Please, do not make the same mistake I did, and stay away!!

I composed Skillshare a last time, also it looks like from the previous 4 weeks they have upped their client support game. I obtained a biased response apologizing for my prior experience and having an offer to repay me all of my money. This gesture was more than I anticipated, and I am thankful to know that individuals do work at this business, and it seems they're listening to the negative reviews and also trying to create a much better company.
